Registration Guidlines

  1.  Issue Of Certificate Of Registration
    • This behalf in such form and in such manner and on payment of such fees, not exceeding One Hundred fifteen rupees
    • On receipt of an application under sub-section (1), the Council shall grant to the applicant a certificate of registration in such form as may be provided by regulations : Provided that on the removal of his name from a register, such certificate shall cease to be valid.
    • Where it is shown to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Council that a certificate of registration has been lost or destroyed,the Secretary may, on payment of such fees, not exceeding One Hundred ten rupees (i.e. included administrative charges of Rs.100/-), as may be specified by regulations, issue a duplicate certificate in such form as may be specified in the regulations.
    • Document Required for Registration.
      1. Application Form or print out from online filled application.
      2. Attested photocopies of Degree (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) Certificate.
      3. Two Self Attested(Back side) Passport size Photograph (Pl.Do Not stapled) if not applied online.
      4. Any one proof for Date of Birth i.e. L.C./SSCE Certificate/Driving licence/ Passport etc.
      5. Address Proof.
    • As per the provisions of IVC Act. 1984 renewal of registration every five years is compulsory; otherwise registration is liable for cancellation.
  2. Issue Of Provisional registration
    • The state Council shall issue provisional registration certificate in Form-XXIV to such graduates who have completed their academic requirements for the degree course.
    • Every graduate is required to get himself/herself registered provisionally before being allowed to undergo internship training for the prescribed period.
    • The provisional registration shall be limited only for the internship training.
    • Every Graduate shall be required to apply for the provisional registration on the prescribed Form-XXII through the Dean/Principal of the Veterinary College concerned from where he/she completed academic course.
    • On completion of internship training, every graduate shall apply for permanent registration and shall surrender his/her provisional certificate along with application for registration to the State Council.
  3. Issue of Final certificate of registration to the veterinarians who was registered at this council before year 2007
    • The Registrar in accordance with the decision taken under sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) of section 45 shall enter the name of such veterinary practitioner in the Register and shall there upon issue a certificate of registration.
    • Application on payment of fees of Rupees One Hundred Fifty only (i.e. included administrative charges of Rs.100/- and I-card Charge Rs.25/-) with any other dues i.e. Renewal Fees only.
    • Document Required

      2. Original Registration Certificate should be submitted to council for getting new Registration Certificate.
      3. Attested photocopies of Degree (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) Certificate
      4. Additional Degree certificate self attested copy
